Number of Layers

All tiers are 4" tall, unless the client wants otherwise. Keep in mind that less layers of filling means thicker cake layers to make up the 4" standard.

Note: If you choose ganache: it can be be poured and allowed to set or set and spread on like a butter cream. Please let us know which you prefer at the end of this form.
